Question regarding 360 version.

They can't. The 360 version has not had any updates. No unlocks, no payload, no new achievements, no new sounds clips, nothing. not to mention the 360 has a cap of 8v8 matches.

My room mate plays on the 360 and it makes me sad. He has tried playing on my old PC once though and seemed to have a lot of fun...
