Think about it: EdgeGamers would go from a online clan to a in-person clan. Think of the recruitment options too. Host a public LAN party, slap the eGO label on it, and BAM! New recruits. Invite-a-friend, yada yada. At the recent TX meet-and-greet, Oldie brought a friend and we recruited him. Think of that, but on a much larger scale.

Ya i totally agree. I would be more interested in setting up people to tour LAN partys in there area and passing out shirts maybe or stickers? I think we totally have the numbers and organization to have an eGO street crew in every major city. Infact i might bring that up myself with credits to xenophek ofcourse.

As said before:

"The idea is obviously not to remove the English part eGO. I think 90% of our non-us members do understand the written and spoken English fair enough to enjoy the game. The idea is to enhance our service, add Internationally to our community, generate more members and even coordinate local Events."
 
I'm not sure whether my opinion really matters since I'm an American citizen living in America and do not know any spoken language other than English (Latin doesn't count), but I would say this sounds like a great idea.

Everyone's opinion matters.

I think it's a good idea, creative. But to me it sounds like we are making eGO into a government...
 
I think it's a bad idea because this would create division and more arguement opon groups. Take for example the division =(e)='s have about the game they play; this would just be an off spawn. I think we need to be united and this would put a petty difference inbetween us. There will always be the guy going "Canadians > EVERYONE". Don't feed the fire.
 
Cool idea. Would this be centred around languages and their barriers or a general country by country thing? So would it only be for countries like spain which don't speak english or would it include australia/england ect?
 
love that idea, as an idea, promo some of the eGO's to eGO ambassador in recognisances of the work they will do they should get a new ranks and advisor's and DL's have enough as it is
 
It's a great idea. I think we are a lot of eGO here in Canada and province of Quebec.
 
We're supposed to be one clan, not a bunch groups slopped together. I don't think this will be good.
 
are we talking division specific country based ambassadors?
or just 1 per country across the board?
 
This does sound like dividing people into ethnic groups. Aren't we all ust one big family?
