How do you get your images to JPEG when you F and where do those images go to? (ie. Desktop, folder...etc.)

you could bind on your console bind f5 "key" jpeg or you could put them on photobucket or something

They end up in My Computer/Drive (C,D etc.)/program files/steam/steamapps/acctname/team fortress 2/tf/screenshots

but then it says that i cannot open it because i do not have the application to do so. b/c its in a TGA file

picassa can open them, so can quicktime

alternatively if you want TF2 to save them as a jpeg you could bind the f5 to jpeg

type this (without ") into your console to do that

"bind f5 jpeg"

ok , but do i have to always type it everytime when i want to take a screenshot?

No, once you type bind f5 jpeg in console you can press the F5 button to take .jpeg screenshots.
