Kojima will never send mgs4 and solid snake to the 360, thats why Raiden is the star of MGS Rising. I still have a reason to buy the ps3 MGS4 and God of War 3.

Isn't this good news. I mean not only do more players get to experience MGS, but it's also more money for developers.

I never really understood why fans of a specific franchise would want that franchise to stay put with a specific system. Remember exclusives are only good for the manufacturers of a specific system and not for the consumers at large.

Also Metal Gear Solid 2 came out for the Xbox. So this isn't something new.

oh no more people get to play a game how tragic

why are so many people anti multi platforming, just measns that there are less need to buy more than one console, which is good

people buy consoles for exclusives and panic when their beloved series isn't going to be only on their console, I mean god forbid others can enjoy it.

Kojima is sending the Metal Gear Solid FRANCHISE to the 360. (im assuming that includes MGS 4). But i dont think God of War 3 will ever go to the 360.

Never say never. I never thought MGS would come. O and it's not MGS 4, just all new MGS games.

I'm pretty sure Konami said that MGS4 was the last MGS game he would make so it is very possible that the next one will be for more systems then PS3 and if Konami is really not making this next MGS then I'm expecting it to be really really different. No one makes games like Konami he is known for his amazing story line and extremely long cut scenes.

Hold on, no one said it was 360 exclusive, if you listen to him he says that the game is in development for the 360. That could mean there COULD be a multiplatform opportunity.

And I doubt they'd abandon Sony, since they are making a PSP game called MGS: Peace Walker. Now lets put 2 and 2 together. Maybe MGSPW could signal PSP to PS3 connectivity, if another MGS hit the ps3. We need to think like Konami.

Sometime yesterday they confirmed that Rising is indeed going to be multi-platform, so no worries for people with only one console.
