Autobalancer....

So, i was on spec office today and saw that the t's where dominateing the ct's. i took it upon myself to start switching people to even things out due to the ct's population dropping dramaticly. After i had switched a few people the same people that i had switched had rejoined the t side. these people being "e" members who i will not say you know who you are. it is our job as e's, eg's, or ego's to help maintain these servers in balance to prevent people from leaving our servers. i spent a good 30 to 40 minutes trying to balance the teams out and the people that i switch ended up switching back to the t side. i ask that all of you please step up to the plate and help the opposing team out. otherwise your going to end up with an empty server real fast and this is something we do not want. Thanks for reading this and I hope this helps clear up the matter at hand.

Autobalancer has something against me I think. xD lol I always get switched atleast twice everytime I join. Let's face it there's always going to be players that just want to have a good score, and not actually play the game for fun. I try to join the losing team as much as possible and do my part in keeping it balanced.

i don't think this topic pertains especially to jail, but more towards high school. Jail is supposed to be about fun and not competition, however Highschool is obviously a lot more competitive in nature. It's hard to have a good full server going when half the people playing are getting absolutely dominated. I agree with Quix, any eGO members should be more than willing to help the other team if the teams are obviously imbalanced

I suggest you read the post before commenting as he said he was in spec. As a member you should know we need to keep the servers full and do what it takes to keep them full so just switch to the losing team when it is unbalanced.

ok commando, there was a post by Ill Legend asking all e', eG's, and eGO's to help maintain balance, if an admin moves you, bottom line don't move back. He was moving e's which are people that should understand. He wasn't moving pubs around so I think your remark is not only rude to Quix for trying to do his job but also disrespecting Ill Legend himself.

Also I do not know for sure if it is acceptable for you to do so but all eGO's have been asked to help balance and you switching them and them switching back seems to be going around the admins decision much like when you mute someone and they rejoin. If this is true a good ol fashion kick/ban with a link to Legends post asking us to help might be just what some need.....

I have been very disapointed with the way a lot of e's have been acting lately and even a few eG's. Remember guys we play by higher standards, Please be nice, help out, don't trash talk pubs etc. act equal and be mature

Like I said I never switch to the other team after being switched and have had nothing to do with these, I feel like I am being accused here. All that I am saying is instead of spectating he should have joined the other team, and instead of just going and switching everyone he choses, which he holds the RIGHT TO I am not arguing that, he should FIRST ask to see if anyone wants to switch, this not only will be more professional but also make everyone happier if they do it on their own and aren't forced to. Replay if you have a problem with me just PM instead of accusing me of being disrespectful. This isn't to disrespect Quix, this is how a leader works, with respect to other players, and you don't have to be an admin to be a leader. Something for you to think about.

in regaurds to your post commando, when i am playing i am the one that usually switches about half a dozen times to balance out the game play. but if i feel that others need to be moved to help i will. with that being said. i feel that this thread be locked. i feel that my point has been given and taken seriously.

Honostly i think commando has a point, We should ask people if they want to move before we manually move them. Even if we manually move it should be at random with clear warning about what we are doing.
