I'm on my iPod right now so bear with me there may be a few typos. I used to be a scared little edgegamer like yourselves but I went on and am now on a cevo team (boe died so we going cevo) and I'm going to share some things that help for people that wanna get decent enough to scrim and/or make teams. I'm not saying I'm awsome I'm decent but I'm pretty dang good on a good day.
#1. Forget the deagle. Simple as that. Work with glock and usp those are the guns that win rounds and make you money, why just the other day I got A 4k clutch on this team with a usp (<3 usp) and I couldn't have done it with a deagle. When shooting a usp the first 3-4 shots aim at their heads then work your way down to the nipples. What's nice about the usp is it's a spray and pray weapon unless u have unbeleivable aim then it's 2 shots to the dome. I won't even get into the glock cause I suck with it.
#2. Learn how to bunny hop good bunny hops will let you get places faster thereore throwing the other team off when your at point A but you should be way back at point B.
#3. Demo yourself then watch it. While you watch it turn on r_drawothermodels 2 and listen to the sound and where they are so nextime you can fire at the correct moment that they come around the corner. Get so good at using sounds that they think your walling. Nades make a certain sound when they hit sum1 so listen for that.
#4. Fake defuse when it's a 1v1 situation and u need him to peek you fast the tap E don't hold it because it will only defuse for a second but it will make the sound of a defuse. If the person is good he will probably wait for the second defuse but most people peek you when they hear that defuse sound.
#5. Prefire it works it will get wallhacka called sometimes. If you knowyour coming up on a choke spot where people usually camp don't give them a chance to pz you peak and fire at that exact spot as fast as you can.
#6. Do not b little girl. If you have enough people rush em. They for the most part will not stop you and in the eyes of Allah what does your death matter when you have brought countless infidels to justice. If you get baited then that's fine as long as the guy that varied you takes out the guy who killed you and another guy.
#7. Play with good people there is a source invite server where only legit people play I don't care where you go play with really good people .
#8. Take a freind into a empty server and try to flash him over walls see what flashes when and where they r thrown work. Same goes for smokes smokes are the most important nade in css.

Sorry but I have to criticize on certain things.

1. You're saying forget the deagle and stay with glocks/usps. Sure, you can say you're good with the usp, but since you admit you aren't as great with the glock, how can you earn money using that weapon when you're a t then?
2. Spraying and praying is not everyone's playstyle. Everyone is different.
3. Some servers do not allow bunny-hopping and sometimes in competitive tournaments it is banned.

That's about all I can say. I agree with everything else.

The smoke grenade is important but not for its primary use, I use smoke for 2 things, scouting long range and fake flashing... throw a smoke directly around a corner where u know there are enemies, the first bounce sounds like a flash and everyone turns around give you multiple free kills.... and as far as getting good with usp and glock, you have to know their limitations obviously ur not going to use either across the map unless ur me and you like planting 5+ in the head from one end of west hall to the other, I got 2 kills this way. but remember less money means ur fighting closer range because u cant afford long range weapons. In other words, if you have a glock stay in close quarter choke points and out of long range areas.... I have never scrimmed, and I'm no pro but I can certainly hold my own. The biggest key is sound and patience.

As far as don't be a girl.... seriously who's the smarter person the one that rushes in or the one the gets right outside a choke point, waits and listens and allows themselves the time to know exactly where the enemy is...

Look guys quix and haze and them do not just blindly rush in, they are extremely patient, getting near a contact point but waiting slight away from it lets you hear your enemies so you know where they r and they dont know where u r..... 1v1 bomb defusal I have posted before about this, go through the bomb, they are waiting to hear u defuse so go through the bomb straight to the hiding spot and catch them off guard. The problem with fake defusing is u are telling them exactly where u r without knowing for sure where they are.

Okay, i've been scrimming for like 4-5 years now. And that doesn't make me pro but some of the things you said are completely just weird and just weird.

The reason people use the usp and the glock is cause they have seen the CS:S videos on youtube were the guy shoots a whole team in the head while there running into a site with a usp, or glocks 4 guys for a clutch. That stuff is cool but your never gonna do that and if you do good for you. If you use the deagle in a match while your saving it's a great opportunity to get that one shot coming out of squeaky or around the corner on cat. You can play with that gun the whole game if you wanted to. So forget using the 2 crappiest guns given to you in the game. If you kill 2 guys within your 7 shots you've done enough for your team.

#2 Don't always fake defuse. Thats simply retarded. People have become so dependent on the fake defuse that when they hear it they wait forever to hear it again, and that can allow the opposing team to win. So sometimes take that into consideration, also if you want, flash or make a sound like throwing a smoke to cover up the defuse sound.

#3 demoing yourself is cool to make a video on youtube. It won't teach you jack squat. You will just watch it and realize how retarded you played and that will lessen your drive to want to play.

#4 Rushing is retarded. You can simply outsmart a team if you smoke up an area hardcore and just flank them. Rushing only works in certain situations and while rushing try to create a distraction because 1 good awper or rifleman can take each and one of you out in a second.
Ex: On nuke when you want to rush squeaky flash out the mini window and send 2 running out of hut while the rest with bomb go down squeaky. People get confused about what is going on.

#5. There is no such thing is "playing with good people" when your on source invite that doesn't change squat as it would if you were on source ringer. Everyone knows the channel password to that channel. #sourceinvite pw:sourceinviteonly. You know who's good when they play smarter than you. If they have the bomb planted and you know were they are they go all the way around you just to shoot you in the back of the head. Being good doesn't mean top fragging, being good means call the rotate as soon as you know your gonna get creamed or if you know they are already in site.

#6 Don't waste your freinds time. If you have rcon to a server just turn do rcon sv_cheats1 and then bind giveweapon_smokegrenade to a key and you can just keep hitting it and then smokes will fall or any other type of item you need. Then when you throw that smoke or flash you can use noclip in console and look were it landed.

No my good man bonny hopping is not illegal at all. Maybe in servers where they give admin to 5 year olds but competitivly no league has banned bunny hopping. Now they have banned forms of Bunny hopping such as crouch jumping where you go just as fast but make no noise.
And about the pistol thing. I did say that i wasnt good with a glock but by good i mean i cant wreck kids with it like a usp. I can still pull out the 1-2 kills in the pistol round like today i pulled a 3k on nuke with a glock. So glocks are usable. Spraying is not SOME peoples play style but it WAS everybodies. and if you can put 2 shots into somebodys head before they 1 deag you then great job but if u can get atleast one headshot and 2 or 3 bodyshots as fast as you can then you will do good if you practice.

ya i didnt read all of your post but if you can save that extra 800 bucks that could buy you potentially a kit, a nade, two flashes, a smoke but ya in later rounds it is smarter to buy a deagle. plus when i posted that i think it was around 1 o clock in the morning i was tired like a mule. some of the things that i said were a lil off base. and lol 2 crappist guns in the game? glock at short range is a 1 shot kill and so is the usp(without armor which you wont normally get in the first few rounds) and you misunderstand me source invite is a competitve pub and yes you can play good people if you were to practice with a cevo m team for like a month you would become much better than if you played with cal-o . anyway you cant really run around throwing flashes at yourself even if you do use noclip it is best to get somebody there and get their feedback about how long the flash was or how well they can see through the smoke yes you are right about rushing but i am talking about when the round is later maybe just a little time left or you need to take a bombsite quick. the poroblem with a 2-3 split is what happens if their awper takes outs your bomb and they take out the 2 in hut, but that last one was a lil unrealistic a more realistic would be most teams have a man on sqeaky and if you do a 2-3 split then a good person could take out everybody going through vents. quite easy if you know how to spray. and if you go back you will clearely read that i said to demo then turn r_drawothermodels 2 so that it turns wallhacks on so you can better see where they are and how loud the sounds or what kinds of sounds they make

ya glock sucks from far away and yes i shouldnt have put forget the deagle but kids usually rely on it to much. strategic smokes can make 2 or more people on a team rotate and thats all you need for a plant and hide. which will give your entire team money and set you up for kills
