Has anyone NOT received an unlock or a hat?

I've gotten all new unlocks already, to the extent I have extras of each one. Not even one single hat was found yet.

I have a friend who logged more than 200 hours of tf2 last week, still no hats.

Well, nobody has ever accused me of being intelligent, but I believe that your friend was lying to you. Although 200 hours in one week is impressive, I don't believe it's possible considering a week only has 168 hours...

Anyway, if I may change the topic just a little, which hat do you want the most? I would like to have the spy's trilby hat (see http://www.indiefaqs.com/images/4/41/Trilby_title_screen.jpg for what I believe Valve based the hat off of), but it is rather sad how you cannot see the hat when the spy is disguised, which happens to be most of the time. The afro would have to be my top choice then, merely because it is awesome.

I got a lot of weapons before they patched. I think i've gotten maybe 2 since then. I did get all the sniper stuff for having all the milestones though. Not hats. Don't really care either. The hats for the classes I play are pretty lame. I would use the sniper or the pyro alternate hats.

I haven't found any hats, but I did find all the weapons before they added the milestones. I just hope I don't find the Spy hat, it would be wasted.....I really stink at playing Spy, so I never play Spy unless I'm messing around:blushing:. The one I really want is the Soldier hat...so I'll probably never find that one

I have horrible luck when it comes to this sort of stuff. Prior to the milestones, I got a total of two items, neither of them the new unlocks. Since then, I think I've gotten one drop. I figure by the time I get a hat, TF3 will be out.

Well Tattis if they ever get around to implementing trading, I will give ya the new weapons. I think I have triplicates of most of everything now.
