Un-Blocking Steam Friends?

Well I had someone request me as a steam friend and instead of hitting ignore I
hit "Block". Is there a way I can undo this? This has happened to a few people and I can't ever find out how to undo it.

Scroll down to the bottom of your friends list
They will be written in red
Open a convo and then click unblock
If you deleted them and blocked you will need to find them by yourself

I read this on a website. If you find the person on the Steam Community, you can un-block them. Or you can try adding them again as a friend, however it may say "You are blocking all communication with this user" or something along those lines.
