I agree alot, alot of admins dont follow the rules and others do, You all should be on the same path, to lower the amount of disrepectful people and help keep the servers clean. TO many times i see admins going along with the bad ones and act like its no big deal. Maybe to them its not but as a EG or EGO it is your job to keep the peace.
The other day i was playing de_dust2 and there was 3 guys on t and they would not stop spamming the mic or stop using foul words. There was 2 admins in the server and not one was able to do anything about it, or wouldnt. I was very upspet of the fact that i couldn't do anything. I had to leave because my kids were in the living room listening to the potty mouths, and i shouldnt have to do that.
Being EG or EGO is like a JOb, you have to set aside your friends and other issues and do what is right.
