Once on Blackmesa, I pinned a heavy to the ceiling of the vents by the top of his head. He was hanging there...Unfortunately I died and couldn't get a screenshot because by the time I returned he had disappeared.

Once an arrow lands in you and you survive, how long does it stay there?

I haven't really paid attention to how many arrows players have sticking out of them. But is it possible to see someone who gets healed sufficiently to have like 20 arrows poking out of them?

It stays in you until you die, from what I've seen. The same heavy in the pic I posted was ubered a minute later and came around the corner with the arrow still stuck in his eye.
