The change in time can render some programs vulnerable. For example if it moves the time forward a year to make your antivirus think it is expired. I remember something about a virus changing time to do something, but i forgot.

what would I do for that?

if your network has a server, make sure the administrator has the correct time on the server machine.

So, have you tried changing the clock settings in BIOS?

I have started my computer in safemode and ran all the antivirus programs listed in the sticky in this section. They found 1 thing, fixed it, but my clock still has troubles.
