my ping is fine but i am like in slow motion everyone is faster then me and i think it is my fps but i dont know i am trying to find more things so you guys can help

Are you on a wireless connection? What is your ISP? What country are you in/from?

i am not on a wireless conncetion and idk what isp i am a noob i am in the USA and i am in Oregon is the state

ISP is your internet service provider. Do you have AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, etc.

Well, is your internet slow, like how pages load, or JUST Steam games?

If it's the former, contact your ISP (comcast) or check your computer for Spyware/Viruses.

If it's the second one, I'm clueless. Try fixing your rates.
