Well if you could get a few friends in eGO and play runescape with them, have fun. But eGO will probably not have a seperate division for runescape because it doesn't have servers for us to buy and admin according to eGO standards, and it's not an fps.

To give a mature answer, eGO will never have a division in RuneScape. You are welcome to gather some eGO members and play with them, but it wouldn't be a division.
