idk if this has been used here before or not, or if there is/was another post on this, but I have seen in other servers, there is a command !server (im sure there are several other programs like this out there) where when you type that in, it brings up a list of other connectible servers. i don't know the exact name of the program, but it could probably easily be found with a google search, or i can ask some of my friends.
some advantages to this is if a pub play is on the server, say pipeline, and they hear there is a pl server, they can use that command and look though the list and find the pl server and connect to it that way. this would save them the time of looking up the ip for it, and then saving it in the favorites and what not. it would just stream line the process.
Another advantage would be is if one server is full, and someone comes on asking if a couple people would like to help get another server started, and some people dont have that server ip, they could use this.
i hope you consider this if you haven't in the past. oh also, the one i described i know for a fact it will tell you how many people are on, and can list WHO is on.
