best final fantasy ever made?

Wow, I'm really surprised to be the only one saying that I think FFVI is the best one. I'm all about the incredible story, the opera scene is my favorite out of all FF scenes I've watched, and the interactions between the characters always has me chuckling.

I have also played V, III and VII but they have just never captured me the way VI has. Don't get me wrong though, they are all incredible games in their own right. They just don't make them like this anymore lol. ((I'm really rooting for V and VI DS remakes!))

Don't worry, I agree! I love that age I can't wait for the remakes either, the job system in V was way too much fun (you could summon a horde of cute little wild animals to run over your opponents... as any class :O)

Some other highlights in 5's abilities (that can be learned by one class, carried over to others):

• Chucking some money at enemies for insane damage
• Learning 2 types of magic and not having the disabilities of sages in the other games
• Take control of an enemy
• Combine a weapon with a spell

Basically, for anyone who doesn't know, there are a ton of classes, and generally you learn their abilities so that you can change the character's class and still use one of your learned abilities from another classes with it. Tons of possibilities

Your not the only one who thinks ffVI is great...It's basically my favorite...but 9 just is a little higher...

DS remakes of those would be awesome!
