Looks pretty nice, love what you've got going on with the frizzy hair bullets 
What i would say is 1) the font in the top left for the logo or whatever's font is too dis-similar to the rest of the page. You've colour-coded it as though its meant to fit in but yeah the font doesn't really. And also I'm just not a fan of the main font you used in the body of the text, well thats my personal views anyways.
But i really like the professional and clean look you have going on, nothing too flashy.

ya i have to fix the font the one i used was one of the adobe fonts but the computer i took the screen shot from didn't have it. it was all supposed to be the font used in the header.
and for everything i make i try to keep a very clean professional look to it and usually rely on the colour pallet to draw the eye to it.

It looks alright. Feels kinda heavy on the top left though. I think it could use an image or watermark style image in the bottom right corner to help move the eye down towards the text after the top. I love the colors and overall feel though!

ya thanks for the info i will just center the main navigation to get rid of the heavy feeling on the side and i guess for the watermark like thing your talking about i could use the logo i made for the top in a very light colour in the corner of the main white div.
I'm fine for coding what you see there is actually a screen from the browser I'm using HTML 4 and CSS 2.1 for it and there actually are a lot of other unused containment that i already set in the style sheet that are for things that some of the other page will need like sub navigation.
