Blackmesa Retro Night?

Hello everyone.
does anyone else thing maybe one night the blackmesa server should go back to one of its older versions or maybe have a event where it goes back to its older, vent-campier versions?
i would love to see this happen

i would LOVE to give the ORIGINAL mesa another run...the one with the old skool spawn points...right there the one way doors to C and L points are...in that little corner...every now and then i create a server and give that one a run through...brings back old times!!

I don't play alot of black mesa, and when I do, its only because the new version is SOOOOO pretty..

I'm sure BM frequenters would like a retro night, but i certainly don't

cp_blackmesa was the first "official" release version,,and it is different. it has quad doors near l and c that lock/unlock depending on who controls A... oh yea,,that map is VERY fast but just as confusing

and remember span camping with sentries..inside?

I think we should alternate which map we use for retro night every week between cp_blackmesa, v2t3, and v2t7. Personally, I enjoy all of them.

i wanna see the first version! it sounds like a hoot! something else though like thereven said i think we should have v2_t7 because that was one of my favorite maps :/ i miss it, maybe we could do the origional version one night and t7 another, and keep cycleing like that, i would enjoy that...

man...those were the good old days...coming through the doors at c/l (the way they are locked now) and walking in front of spawn at the same time someone is coming out...only to see 3 sentries in spawn waiting for you!! god i miss that!! As well as A point not having the goo as a "safety" net...was airblast heaven!!
