question about switching divisions

Well, i applied in the insurgency division, and stopped playing that for TF2 and i was wondering since i don't play insurgency anymore and i applied for that division can i still get promoted(if i ever do) in the TF2 division? or do i have to switch by applying again?

You don't have to re-app to change divisions, you are technically a member across all of them. So, yes you will be able to get promoted in the TF2 division without having to re apply.
