Alright, well this is going to be my second build, and i'm willing to shovel out some more money this time but still on a budget, no more then $675 after shipping. If anyone has any ideas, I'm open to any and all suggestions but I would like to stick with the Radeon series cards. Here's what i'm looking at, at the moment. I already have the dvd burner, mouse, keyboard, and hard drives. If anyone knows of anything better and cheaper, let me know.

Case:

if i were you i would wait to get more $ for a better video card

the one you suggested will work fine for eGO games but nothing more

or you could try to save $ on the other parts but i dont see much you can really do

this video card would prform better for a lower (after rebate) price

this processor would preform about the same and you could use the saved $$$ to get this

The Antec 900 by far. I don't personally have it, but my brother does--and boy does it keep a gaming rig cool (in temperature). It's a really great case. :)

definitely save a bit more money for a better graphics card..buying a mid range card will only cause it to be replaced quickly and become obsolete

Well I currently have a 4650 in the rig i'll be giving to my bro, had it since about 2 weeks after they came out, and it still runs great.

Here is the exact computer I'm running now, minus the parts you said you already had:
http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=10353031

The price is $650 before shipping, which does not include the combo deals.
I think that the price after shipping and combos will still work well with your budget and it will still be SO much better than the parts you have picked out right now.

just replace the phenomII x3 with the phenomII x2 and you pretty much got my pc

Oh wow, the Antec 900 2 is much better. I like the painted interior. I have the Antec 900 and yeah, it keeps my rig VERY cool. My idle CPU temperatures before overclock were anywhere between 15-18C per core. I overclocked my Q6600 G0 to 3.0GHz, and I'm running at around 17-21C per core.

I don't think you can beat the 940 with a free motherboard for price per performance right now.
