I am an old eGO member and quit a long time ago. Well I started playing on the servers alot lately, and noticed that the Insurgency ones seem to be in a slump at night (Where is Hammer when you need him LOL) anyways alot of people are disrupting the servers late at night because of no admins.
Well I'm sure Capy and Hammer knows this, but anyways just to make sure I am posting this. The servers would have more people in them at night if people would be in there admining Everynight around 1 am cst it starts emptying. Well I am one of those people that leave because of people TKing and other stuff I dont mean accidental TK's either I am talking about them lookin at you in the face then randomly shoot you.
Not only is it killing the servers its hurting the rankings. If eGO could get some late night admins in there (and im talkin with banning power not just kickin) it would clear up both and maybe even move one of the servers up to #1.
Now I dont know what people think about having 3 pub servers but it seems there just isnt enough overly active INS eGO members to fill them up and keep them going properly. It seems that the **new** server stuff is starting to drop again. Maybe some new map rotations would help I dunno but mainly why I am here is to complain about people acting like fools late at night and only a couple of eGO members around and as we all no and so does the trouble makers out there that little E isnt goin to do anything so i got an idea
I dont know if there is a plugin for this but maybe some one can make one but eGO needs one that the little E's could use (also a great way to find trust in them before giving them admin) to where they could put up a vote to ban someone for like say 2 hours I mean the pubs will have to vote on it anyways
so not one for the pubs just for the e's that way the trouble makin pubs cant come in there and spam it on someone that slayed them because they tked them twice
anyways just an idea.. i know mine may not count to much since im a pub but then again you never know

That would be cool. Might give us new recruits a chance to prove our loyalty to eGO? Maybe a time limit on when the limited admin powers can be used. Like a schedule or something (might be a pain to create though). I'm usually on late at night in the servers and I see a whole lot of this stuff. Count me in if this can be done though.

I, personally thank you for posting this because it is now showing that our public players are having some trouble at night and it gives us feedback about how our servers and late night gaming members are doing at night. Our Admin Recruiters and other members have been desperately trying to find Mature European players that we could hopefully promote quickly throughout their stay in =(eGO)= so they can help admin the servers at night while most of us (United States Residents) are asleep. However, we have not found very many members that come from Europe who play late into the night.

As an =(eGO)= member I am on for a long amount of time during the day, and a few hours deep into the night just because it is the summer. I don't want to be rude but it is very hard for our members to be on all the time especially at night to just admin the servers and play because we do get tired at sometime. I do appreciate you bringing this topic up so I can admin the servers at night if and when I am on, and I do also believe other members are happy about you bringing this topic also so they can do the same thing.

I personally do not know from our other divisions if they have had problems with players coming late into the night causing havoc with no admins on, but, please, tell anyone, or just you yourself come into ventrilo and tell us about what is going on in the servers. Most of the time we do have members from the INS division on with ban powers, and if not, see if any other high ranking member from another division can come and help you.

Once again, thank you for posting this because it does allow higher ranking =(eGO)= officials to look into this in more detail and see if they can maybe add a feature to were our =(e's)= who may be on late at night can help with this situation.

On behalf of myself and =(eGO)= we will attempt to resolve this situation quickly and effectively in any means possible in order to give our public players an even more safe, fun, and team based environment.

there will Always be players that abuse the rules of our servers. theres no getting around it, but being a Night time admin as myself, i usually dont get the problems. the ppl. that play here NOW when an eGO is in the room, theres quiet. but when i leave for the night, im sure it starts up again. i am usualy in late american time, because of the time difference between europe and US, i cannot promise i am on evry night and at some point i will be inactive for a couple of months letting my little brother play my account while i am away,

so when/if i am lucky enough to get a promotion i will try to enforce the servers at night, but that decision is not mine.
and the idea of getting a vote ban system for the =e='s is a good idea and i would gladly support you in that

The issue was dealt with right there. People get banned for TKing. Automatically.
