It does it to every server I go to though not just one or 2 in particular.

you wont be able to update the firmware on a router supplied by comcast. you are just stuck like me with a 700ishkbps download rate and a 250gig a month download/upload rate

Ugh, the cap would get me worried :facewall: but ~700+KBS down is like heaven send for me. I get ~300 KBS down >.<

konig I discovered something. I found that when my rate match the servers tick it tends to connect faster. Its either that or the cmdrate and update are are the same so its causing equal communication all around. Its one of those to. Anyways, I matched my rates up with our 24/7 dust2 server and I connected half way through the first round. Usually I connect at the end of 2nd round or beginning of 3rd.

I think that I may have a cap on my router but Im not sure how i could remove it. Also this was done before i defragged my drives and disks so idk If that would affect my speeds. I havent defragged anything in a while so im in the process of doing that now. Plus I just got done cleaning all the dust out of the computer itself so hopefully that will help a bit. Im not confident with the accuracy of this test because I have a couple of other things running atm that may have slowed it down. ill do another test ASAP and repost results.







OK I tried a Server a bit farther away and look at the results. Compared to one 50 miles away. Also PewPewBangBang i may have remembered it wrong. I think they may have said 1000kbps. Not sure what that equals to in Mbps

This is my internet speed test result.
1)Uploading speed is 0.123Mbps
2)Downloading speed is 2.365Mbps.

Is this good or not?
