Photoshop help please im extremely new with it

So i just downloaded photoshop cs4 portable and i made a new spray... i dont really like it but its a spray i wanna make a pro signature like many of you guys have. i want it to be more small like instead of it being big spray i want it to be a wide spray and i just need help on making it. please respond thanks

Well, its pretty easy to make both.

Sigs are usually done layer by layer. Most of the time they are themed. I themed mine for WW2, U may want t theme yours as Space. Decide a theme, then choose a background, then cut things out to put on top of the background. Its a little more complicated then that, but that is the gist of it.

ive done that thousands of times but i just cant get that cutting part you kno where you cut out a peice of that picture you want and paste its just hard lol

You arent going to be a pro at Photoshop over night (unless you stay in a holiday inn express). Follow simple tutorials and work your way up in complication.
