Request: Ban on Deagle Toss with Boosting.

Greetings fellow e's eG's and eGO's. I would like to request a ban on the last request in the jail server known as "Deagle Toss with Boosting." The reason for this is because this is done using a script that you bind a key to. I've seen many complaints from people, including myself. This last request is unfair to those who are not aware of the script. I've always thought for a while that it was done just by jumping and pressing G twice really quickly. It wasn't until i read someones thread that posted the guide on how to bind it that i realized you are not able to boost without it. How this script works, is when you jump and press the assigned key for the script, it will drop both of your weapons for you. If you have the deagle out when you press it, the (Primary) weapon instantly comes out as well thus pushing the deagle further. This is in no way of cheating, but as i stated it is very unfair to those who have no clue how to "Boost." I would like everyone to think on this topic and post their opinion. Sorry if i didn't make this descriptive as possible. I've been awake for over 24 hours, and am half asleep. Thank you, and Happy Gaming.

If you want to get a game banned PM rogue sniper explaining what the game is, the rules, and so on. Also get testimonials from eGO as well as pubs about what they think of the game.


As for my self frankly I don't see why it should banned as the command itself is not some...20 line long script. It's just three words ( or 2 ) and a few ; and your good to go. Everyone is able to enter this into console at anytime and if they do not know it the console command has been posted here on edgegamers for all to see, so it's not like a certain few are hoarding this massive plot to themselves in order to win last request.

Dan, As a matter of fact, I was about to do the same thing and put in a request ban.

To me, It's a pain when you don't have the slightest clue how to boost, and quite frankly don't care.

Boosting is an unfair advantage which in my oppinion should indeed be ban.

I understand it's a simple script typed in console. But considering about 80% or more of the players in the jail server not knowing how to do it, It should not be allowed. Not to mention probably 50% of the people who play the jail server are not trolling the forums trying to find out how to boost. Overall it's a unnatural advantage to those who know how. Just yesterday i seen a Terrorist (Rebel) request deagle toss with boosting, and he wiped out all of the CTs, including some eGO's. I know i'll have Seann's support on this topic, considering he agreed ingame with me that it should be banned. It's also nice to have Rocker Phill's support with this subject. It just boils down to the top dogs, CSS leadership / Advisors / Council to have the final word on this.
