Involving e's and admins

I dont think e's should tell an admin what to do mabye advise him.Lets say some dude has joined the server and is continuously mic spamming with music and the admin continuously tells the player to stop you may advise him to mute or kick,But its very rare that an admin doesnt know what to do with the ammount of admin training eGO do, But in these rare conditions I think this would be appropriate.

i agree with frap, no doubt about it. live and learn e's. do not question our actions in public, me for one, when i ban someone will answer the question why if directed to me. some admins may not, if they dont, dont worry about it and keep on gaming. more and more e's are disregarding eGO rules more and more nowadays. this post shouldnt be only in css, but to all div too. ill also like to add on top of fraps post.

i let eG's take care of things, not because i am lazy, but because they need the experience. so do not question them eG's, just because they do not have an O, does not make them less of an admin

i see once in awhile that an e acts like an admin, heck this is what i see most of the time when they type, im sure many of you have seen it -

=(e)=™ so and so : your going to get banned

=(e)=™ so and so : you are so banned

things like this e's, let me tell you know, and ill type it in big bold letters

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TYPE THINGS SUCH AS THIS IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM

firstly, because it warns the players that we are trying to get and they might leave and then we admins will have to put extra work into getting them.

secondly, it makes people think you are an admin, which in fact you are not.

until you get your G, do not say things along those lines. even if you have a G or O, never say something along those lines.

i have seen some G's do this too, but most of the time at least it is in admin chat.

e's, live and learn, look at what others are doing and learn from them, do not take matters into your own hands unless you absolutely have too.

For e's​

I have seen a lot of things come up recently involving e's.
e's If you see an admin doing something that you do not like, you do not pm them and tell them not to do that and tell them that they are wrong. The eGO's have much more experience than all the e's. We got promoted because of our maturity and ability to admin. e's You all are just learning the ropes and are being looked at by the admins to see which of you are well enough to be promoted to the next rank.

After all of this discussion I still worry that there may be a slight disconnect between what some people consider helping the admins and what some admins might consider disrespect or generally bossiness from an e. Generally this is likely to happen in jail or maybe zombie where there are many rules both written and unwritten of which some admins are not aware. It is difficult for an experienced e to stand by while an eGO plays last reaction on jail. This is not really admin abuse but is ignorance of the particular server rules.

That said, it is one thing to maybe explain that a certain game is not allowed (or glitches, rule changes etc.) but a totally different thing to tell admins how to carry out their administrative duties. E's should never tell an admin who to kick, mute, gag, ban etc. but I feel that some times an explanation of the mod specific rules in a very respectful manner may be in order time to time; correct me if I am wrong.

As Pureblood said, not all e's check the forums for these guidelines in how to be an =(e)=.

I may have questioned some admins during my time here, and I've questioned you Frap, but after reading this post, I completely understand now. Not my role to say to the publics to keep the language clean and such. Thanks!
