Has Solnav said, One of my friend comeback from 3 week in morocco and this country is an advanced one, for africa of course and you don't have to worry about internet acces. Hope to see you soon back on our server !

Just a few weeks back they posted a list of eGO's international members, there were some in Africa. I am sure they would be glad to talk to you and fill you in on any questions about Africa you may have. I thing that Boer is in SO Africa.
