Do Valve employees have free Steam games?

I saw just browsing steam groups then I saw there was a Valve Group. I was intrigued so I clicked. Then i saw that some members had alot of Steam games. Over 760 games. So I asked myself "Are they Valve's employees? If so, Do they have free games for being Valve's employees?" I ask you the same question. Now, Answer!
