i guarantee you almost everyone is using an administrator.

What panda means is that if your user account for windows is an administrator account so that means you can download anything you want without being asked to sign onto an account with administrator privalages. The accounts that are limited are usually for little kids that have older parents who dont want their kids downloading anything they want. Its like a childproof system.

Okay, here's what he means:

There are three types of windows profiles. Administrator, Limited, and Guest. The guest is a temporary account, I don't think anyone here uses. Limited is like you cannot tweak some computer settings. Administrator is the most common, you can do basically everything.
