CS 1.6 Division (Request)

I Don't Know if eGO has thought of this but What about a CS 1.6 Division? I Know it has Outdated Graphics but it has Mods and Maps that CS:S may or may not have Plus a larger Community. Here are the Pros and Cons of CS 1.6:

Pros

• Warcraft Mod
• SuperHero Mod
• Zombie Mod
• Surf Maps
• DeathRun Mod/Maps
• Fun Maps (ex. jp_cars, crazytank2, the_get_away2)
• Competitive Maps (Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch)
• Larger Community/Fan Base
• JailBreak (Rumor)
• And More!!!

Cons

• OutDated Graphics
• eGO needs to Pay for New Servers
• eGO has to start a Fresh Division
• More Hackers/Cheaters to Deal With

Counter-Strike 1.6 Can Have Many Events Hosted as well so its great for the community. Plus the amount of people that may have already played CS 1.6 are playing CS:S now. I Believe CS 1.6 Should become a division but its really up to the Leadership. If you guys have more Pros and Cons than Please Help add to the list and if you believe the same as I do please say here as well. I will Update this with anything more i find. I Hope Leadership has time to review this and think deeply about this as well. Thanks For Reading!!

These types of decisions are up to council, but eGO likes to support games that are hot on the market and would bring us substantial benefit.

Pretty much what Beta said. eGO likes to support servers for the New and Hot games out there. Reason being because more people will be playing the Newer games rather than the older. Not saying CS 1.6 is bad and there isn't anyone playing because there is about the same on CS 1.6 as there is on CSS, just saying that more people will play CSS rather than 1.6.

You wouldn't want one. The community of CS 1.6 are generally elitists, and it's just worse than CS:S's. I used to play 1.6.

Zombie Mod in the old CS 1.6 was really fun, but you can rarely find them, It's like Limited ammo, a dark map, and zombies who could see in the dark. It was the most funnest mod ever.

CS 1.6 Personally, I think is growing slowly with all the growing leagues out there. The Fun Maps are still there. Plus with all the things you can play and do there can be lots of benefits for eGO. Many People Would Also Join eGO Servers because Just Like CS:S Servers they are under control and can have fun maps as well.

Also, there is jailbreak on CS. I've played on it before, and it's not fun compared to CS:S's.

The community is also generally worse. If eGO ever had a server based on 1.6, admins will never stop warning/kicking/banning..It's that bad. (From experience when I used to play 1.6 as my main game before I came in eGO).
