I've tried. I sent them an email with all the info i could give. I don't know how I was hacked, but my antivirus didn't find any keyloggers. Who knows what will happen, but if you don't see me on the servers for a while, you'll know why.

Yeah, Good Luck, Same happened to me, 7 of my accounts went down the drain because 1 got hacked. To Retrieve ur Account simply: If you bought it from a store, Take a picture of the CD-Key and send it to SteamPowered, Show ur Online Reciept/CD Key, and send them details of the account. They usually give back ur account when u take a pic of ur cd key...

Never been through that, 18 character long password with special characters, capital letters, and numbers ftw. My brother has though, and me being me, I have to do everything for him so I can say I know how you feel with recovering it.

I really have no sympathy for people of this sorts... If you need to steal others invested time and money, you're nothing more than the dirt I walk on. I dare say, if I ever had this happen and found the location of this person, they'd be missing a few things of their own! (like a leg!)

Well It seems that I will have lost my main account for good, the one with L4D and all my friends; but I think my friend got the CSS one back. The account is his, he just never plays it. Thanks for the help guys.
