I hope they do something to the drop rate. I mean, not EVERYONE should be wearing hats, but to tweak it enough so that it isn't entirely based on random luck.

Still, pretty cool. I was laughing real hard at the old timey cartoons :).
 
I need the tyrants helm. I live and breathe viking, I must have it.
 
Well, now everyone has a higher chance now that there are more hats. More hats = higher percentage.

Not necessarily true. Hats could have the same drop rate, but with a wider selection of that particular drop.

Say hats drop 1% of the time. Once it knows a hat drops, then it determines which hat (so less chance to actually get the hat you want).

OR it could be as you said, with each hat having a particular drop rate....
 
I'm really excited about this, I absolutely LOVE the viking helmet, also, the Russian hat and Firefighter hat are awesome!

I loved the arena maps but I hated the game mode because I wanted to continue playing. But now with the KoTH versions of the arena maps I will be a happy man
