Comp. Cases.

Those are two of the best brands but there sure as hell are alot more options out there. Get whatever looks good to you.

Thermaltake and Nzxt also make very good cases :)

^^^ that is true too. As for antec and coolermaster... is there really any need of explaining if you know what they make and seen their products? Like JV stated... the HAF is an awesome product that you wont want to miss. Also I have been using coolermaster's powersupplies and has not gave me any trouble. Well trusted brand

best brands ? let's talk about lian li here....

Lian Li makes awesome cases with probably the best build quality I've ever seen. Still, I have one sitting out in the shop because it didn't cool well enough. My Antec may not be as nicely made (it's close, though), but it cools a lot better.

My Lian Li case is a lower end model, I think I gave around 150 for it. It's true their higher end gaming cases do very well, but they're also 300+ dollars.

The antec 900 is good but its not the best or great. For that much money it doesn't live up to it compared to Cooler Master's cases or the NZXT Tempest. The antec 900 is somewhat cramped inside and there is a small amount of room too work with.

I have Cooler master HAF 932 which is a full tower case and currently is the king of airflow pretty much, it beats out the Antec 1200 or has the same temps in most sections. My HAF 932 is $140 but i got it for $150 with free shipping which is amazing for a full tower case with that much airflow. It has 3x230mm fans and 1x140mm

If you want a mid-tower i would say get the Cooler Master HAF 922 which is now only $99 and put some side panel fans on it or get a Cooler Master Storm Scout for $89 and put side panel fans on it but the HAF 922 is bigger and has more room to work with. The biggest of them all is the NZXT Tempest which is i think 79$ with rebate or 89$ im not sure but its pretty good though the side panel fan is very small and some people say it is a bit plasticky. It was the airflow king though.

u didnt give budget so ill give u my best choice, cooler master storm scout, very atractive.

I'd love a full tower case, but I just can't justify shelling out $150+ for a case when I can save $50+ and get a mid tower which will do the job. Is the Tempest really that good? I always thought NZXT cases looked gymicky but the tempest is the one that has a more "professional" look I guess you would say.

Yea the Tempest is a pretty good case but its a bit old, thats why i said it "was" the airflow king i dont know if it still is though. I wouldn't go with an antec though, they are generally more expensive.

My finaly recommendation then is the Cooler Master HAF 922 which is 99$ and just add 2x120mm fans on the side panel and you are set, that case is the airflow king with the side panel fans i believe. The fans on the front and top are the same blade size as its older brother the HAF 932 which is what i have. Go for the HAF 922 and just get some side panel fans.

I've got a tempest, it should qualify as a full tower - it definately has the space for it. And at a mighty $90, I don't really think it can be beat. I can take some pictures of my setup, if you want to see it in a bit more "real" format.

Yeah if you could do that I'd really appreciate. If it has as much room as you guys say there is I might get it. It's one of the few NZXT cases that don't look over kill. i.e the Nemesis. Also do you have a full 10" card in your case? Thanks in advance.

I have a Sapphire HD4890 Toxic Edition - it's a 9.5'' card, I think. And I still have an extra two or three inches of room inbetween the back edge of the video card and the hard drive cage. And technically, that hard drive cage is removable (there's another right below it) - which will give you all the space you'll need for any card.

I'll get some pictures up soon as I can, I can't seem to find the upload cable right now. Sorry about that.

Hey it's no problem. The main thing I'm looking for is cable managment and space. I see that the store near me also has the Antec 300. It seems just to be a little lower quality, but $50 cheaper. The 900 is 1" wider. I think I might just pick up the 300 tomorrow. I'll mod it to put a clear window on the side and put some blue cold cathodes inside.
