If you're in the server spectating, you're taking up a player spot, right? Well, the server's rank depends on what percentage of the slots are full. You would imagine, if a server was 100% full 100% of the time, it would be #1 right? Well no servers are perfect like that. If our server is 100% full 50% of the day, 100% of the time, that adds an extra variable in, which means if we can get that added variable (50% which is percent of the day) higher, it will boost our rank up. 100% X 100% = 1. 100% X 50% X 100% = .5. That extra variable (50% which is percent of the day) drags it down half! That's like having 100 cookies and getting 50 taken away. Sad, right? That is the extra long version of it.

Short explanation: If it's full, the rank is higher.

ya its sad it has dropped 3 spots since seannn posted this yesterday. btw seannn when my GF was over yesterday she was disappointed that you were not online!
so ya i'll start playing dust2 more often but i dunno....actually maybe it'll be a good benchmark to have my computer spec dust2 constantly

It seems to me a lot of our servers are going down the ranks. We need ALL eGO members to be more active if possible and fill up those servers

I mostly went hunting around for servers on FBG's list until I ran into eGO's Dust 2. It's mostly all I play now, along with Italy, but I'll try to stay in there more than hunting around for others... especially now that I'm representing the group.
