Since this meeting was a sorta the last minute thing I took notes for those who couldn't make it so lucky you 
here's the main stuff talked about in the meeting this also includes some of the Q&A.... (btw Drunkens' speech was downright insperational 
)

Well first off what was this meeting even about??
- The meeting was to announce and talk about the new recruiting division
It will also help bring members more together as Drunken made clear during the meeting, Its not numbers or ranks that make eGO special but the people.
The recruiting division will basically be all of the recruitment offices from all of eGO's divisional combined into one area.
The reason this is being done is to help max out eGO's recruiting capabilities
(The monthly goal is guna be 1000 recruits a month!!!! [this of course wont be right off it'll build up momentum each month])
Another benefit to creating one recruitment center it will start eliminating all the confusion about being in one division your in all the divisions
In addition there will be video tutorials on how to register so that the rate of people having to get talked through the registration process will drop.
So overall there will generally be less confusion about registering and signing up to join eGO
Also this is going to be a whole new division so this new section will have Division Leaders, Advisers, etc.
In addition to this lowering confusion about joining eGO it will help improve the quality of the recruits, as the leaders, advisers, etc can weed out the bad recruits and promote the good ones. (But you should still help in this process as eGO is a very large team and there will be people who slip by unnoticed)
In this new division there will be need for Recruiters* and if you'd like to be one you can (for the larger divisions tehre will be Recruiter teams comprised of up to 30 people) PM your leaders (correct me if I'm wrong about that). (This is available to eG and EGO's only sorry e's il get to what you will get to do in a sec)
*Admin Recruiters will be called instead just Recruiters and will no longer wear the A | R tag** in there name
**In place of the tag you will be given a special avatar that will identify you as a Recruiter (There will be something else for CSS Recruiters as the avatars won't work)
So in addition to clearing things up for future eGO members and improving recruit quality the main goal of this reform is to give the eG and eGO's a chance to give something back to eGO.
Now for the e's (however this is not restricted to e's) in the new recruitment center instead of spamming welcome messages that will likely go unread after the first day the new recruits will be welcomed by a...er...Welcoming Comity (btw its unsure of what the welcoming comity will be called so give some suggestions)
The Comity will just sorta start people off, add them to their friends list, invite them to some events. In addition more e based events will be held.
Seeding Group
I saw this as a thread once and it was brought up in the meeting, there will most likely be a group formed of volunteer players that will go around our servers helping to boost there population.
wanna be a leader in something other than recruiting? pm your division leader
About the server ranks
Don't worry too much about server ranks but more about the traffic load, as it helps with advertising which means more sponsors which means more servers and more money for eGO to spend on things that'll help out.

Q: Can we buy servers ourselves and than give them to eGO??
A: A firm no, the reason is because if the doner gets mad they could withdraw there server and that will leave a lot of confusion and possible anger as a result.
Now there are rumors going around about people who will quit when this change occurs, leave them alone if they wanna quit they can quit.
This will be a BIG turning point for eGO for the better

Now as a HUGE side note
Tiddy and PurpleNurple have stepped down from there position as TF2 DLs
The reason there was no big announcement is because they asked to just fade away.
And I completely agree with Drunken here, they resigned with THE UTMOST CLASS they didn't want some huge goodbye card and the only reason im posting here to tell you there leaving and your probably guna say your farewells to them, is BECAUSE they chose not to go out with a bang and that's what deserves the respect of everyone, and so because Drunken told us im deeming it fine to tell you about why there resigning, Purple is pregnant and so shes taking time of eGO, as with Tiddy its more of personal reasons, where he's just sorta burned out and so he's also taking time off, of course they will retain there admin and our respect and will of course be allowed back into eGO if they decide to return.
