First of all, thank you Scrappy for hosting/putting-up-with-the-people-at tonight's Late Night Fight (I do not want Scrappy's job, I would not want to run an event that had me in it). Next of all, thank you all the people who attended. There's the formalities, now for the event.
We spent the whole hour or so at Projectilespampath. It was nice to be there after not having been there for awhile. Then 2 seconds later I remembered why its called Projectilespampath. All kidding aside, Warpath is a nice trip down memory lane, right into the train tracks of Well where the Warpath ends and you get run over. That'll teach you to survive those crit-projectiles. Well, at the beginning we quickly cleared up some things, ("Scrappy you're boring", "yes, I know, I'm boring") and commenced the game. We played normally for most of it, (Soldiers and Demomen and Sentries and Huntsman) and then Spam mode and hyper-spam (yes they are 2 different modes) were turned on for, you guessed it, MORE SOLDIERS, DEMOMEN, AND JARATE. Although, contrary to popular belief, it was not a stalemate.
I am proud to say that I started a bit of a trend when I decided that it was safe with Zergs not being there to change my name. I became ProtossPower, TerranPower (Zergspower), Shaggy (Scrappy Doo), oh my GAWD you're a SPYYY and then finally (the big one, only recognized by xosniper, apexi (who I got to change names with me), and I, OPEN THE DOOR OPEN THE DOOR, as I was accompanied by (apexi) WHY DID YOU OPEN THE DOOR. That video will be posted at the end. Soon everyone was changing their names to door. I sapped the door, open the door, i closed the door, why not open the door, tasty door, superdoor, etc. As I spammed over mic, "OPEN THE DOOR, OPEN THE DOOR, OPEN THE DOOR, OPEN THE DOOR." Sooooooo, we kept on playing until it eventually became time to end. The map was changed by popular vote (one person) to Hall of Death, which, when enable hyper-spam, is aptly named.l From there the event was finally over, thank you all for coming, we really appreciate it, blah blah blah (just kidding, we love you Scoob-, Scrappy).
In short, tl;dr. I'm sorry for the long post, short and to-the-point is not a trait of mine. But once again, thanks Scrappy and everyone in attendance (except bobfath3r who kept setting me on fire while cloaked, jerk (jk)). And make sure to come to the next one, whether you were there or not. Also a possible name-change event?
