how about Red alert 3

The latest CnC game I have is Tiberium Wars. It's tons of fun. Would anyone recommend getting Red Alert 3?
In an attempt to not bash RA3....
The game is interesting, but not finished. It is very raw and unpolished. When you want to attack something, it will either end up being a giant unorganized blob of units who don't attack what you want them to when they want to, or an unorganized blob who don't attack what you want them to when you want them to.
This is the largest problem, by far. See, in games like CoH you have squads, so you have a large unit count, but they're easier to pick out and say "You guys attack the tank, you guys attack that MG, and you guys take that building there" where as in RA3, there's no squads, so you could have say 10 flak troopers (AT-AA) and 10 Conscripts (AI) and 5 Hammer Tanks, but good luck getting the Flak troops to target tanks or air, the conscripts enemy infantry, and the hammers to shoot other tanks all the same time, because that means having to double click on the unit type (So it selects across screen) and then telling them to attack an individual unit, which by the time you can click it, is dead anyway. So just blobbing your guys together and aggressive attacking everything in the way seems to work the best, and yet it still presents you with failure.
Most games try to make up for the fact that they suck at making an easy command style by making the AI of the unselected units smart enough to know what to attack and what to do in some situations, but RA3 does not, if you don't tell them what to do, they were stand there and watch themselves die because the enemy is out of range.
This, along with many other problems, including just terrible game design, leads me to wonder if the producers even put ANY time into this at all, or if they just threw money at some programmers and said, you have 4 weeks.
And it's EA...so probably the latter.
