Need a graphic card

With Left 4 Dead 2 and COD Modern Warfare 2 both coming out in November I would like to play them both, but my laptop that im using now cannot run either game. My desktop is kinda old and has a bad graphic card so it can not currently them either. I am wanting to buy a new a new graphic card for my desktop soon and i need some help finding the best one that would be able to run both those games on at least medium/high settings. The graphic card has to be PCI interface because that is all my motherboard supports.

The 3 that ive looked at so far are the Nvidia Geforce 9500 gt, nvidia 9400, and the ATI 4350. Which of these are the best.

Honestly, if you want to be able to run those two games well, you should invest in a new motherboard and get a real graphics card. Motherboards usually aren't overly expensive, and I promise you'll want at least one PCI-E slot. Check newegg to see what kinda deals they're running, but I don't remember paying more than maybe 150 for mine.

EDIT: Since I don't like double-posting, I'll just edit this one. It's hard to say which of those are 'the best', since some people just prefer the way ATI cards work as opposed to Nvidia cards. That being said, your best bet would probably be the 9500, or a comparable ATI card. At this point, those are mid-level cards and should be able to handle what you're trying to throw at it.

PCI only that runs L4D2 and MW2 on medium/high settings?? Now that's a difficult task....

How much money are you willing to spend though, this would be much easier for us if you know approximately how much. If you are willing to spend the right amount we could look and find you a decent on sale Mobo and then get you a real graphics card as stated above.

I only want to spend $100 since i am going to build a new comp next year, but I would be willing to spend up to $200 if necessary

Processor: Intel Celeron Dual @ 2.4GHz
RAM: 1.25GB DDR PC2700

I was and still am in the same boat as you i just bought a gtx 260 for a 150$ what a mistake. I wasn't aware that you have to have a certain amount of RAM and CPU. And now im waiting till christmas just to use the card i got for my birthday. Just make sure before you buy anything ask around and read all the reviews. And as i can see you need a bigger CPU which means probably a new mother board if your going for a higher end graphics card and you might need another gig of RAM.

May as well wait and suck it up for now, you'll just waste the money. Save and do it right. Go with the original "best $50 PCI card" you can find on ebay\craigslist if you must, or something like this:

Those things are decent and i guess fine for right now until you build a new computer but i would wait.

If you cant wait, you could always just get good parts now? but that might not be an option for you.

I see no point in spending 130 bucks on something you know you will upgrade soon, those 130 bucks can go towards your graphics card and makes the difference from a GTX 285 to a GTX 295 or 4850 to a 4870x2.
