[Arbiter]

Anytime a server is updated in Counter Strike, we will make a post here with changes.

Please note: All changes are for us to see how they are received by the community, nothing is ever going to be permanent.

After any updates we are always wanting feedback, so please let us know if you have any suggestions~

CS:S Update 10/5

General Changes
The AFK kick time when the server is full has been reduced from 15 minutes to 2 minutes

Plugin Additions
Anti Gun Spam - A maximum of 40 weapons can now be on the ground at one time, which prevents server lag/crashing

General Changes
You will now be able to see the progress of map voting in a hint box

Jailbreak Update 10/15

General Changes
Skins will now show up on all weapons, even if they're for the opposite team
The T beacon during Last CT will no longer give off a sound
The sm_st command will now pop up the menu, even if a player name isn't given

General Fixes
All equipment will now be reset when the next round starts
Fixed gun loss issues on noscope days
Warden will no longer be removed upon calling custom freedays
Fixed warden death sounds so they are heard by dead players

Map Changes

Teleporter Changes
Price has been increased from 1000 to 1250
Can now only be purchased once per round

C4 Changes
Reduced the amount of time before it explodes. Minimum was 20 seconds, now it's 5 seconds.
Increased the kill radius from 275 to 350

Traitor Menu Changes
Changed the order of items to move the more used ones to the front.
The radar is now purchasable for 2500 credits. This is somewhat like the wallhack but will put a beacon under everyone's feet every 15 seconds.

General Changes
The default map has been changed to ttt_nipperhouse2

General Fixes
Skins will now now be back on weapons
Muting will now work normally again

Config Changes
Reduced auto-respawn time from 1.5 seconds to 0.0 seconds.
Reduced the amount of completions of a map to calculate an average timelimit from 25 completions to 10 completions.
Reduced the amount of time before you can RTV from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.
Removed the ability to extend the map as it caused the map to not change when the time ran out

jb_jailberd_pg (Fix) - Fixed issue where some players received no scout on noscope days
jb_kwejsi_v4 (Balancing) - Removed glock from cells, m4 from teleporter, and mac-10 in vents
jb_moti2_fix (Fixes) - Fixed air acceleration and removed warday button from armory

General Changes
Ragdolls will now be removed upon death
Last CT time has been changed from 5 minutes to 2 minutes with an additional 3 seconds per living prisoner
Zombies regeneration has been changed from 20hp to 100hp every 5 seconds.

General Fixes
Exojumps, parachutes, helmets, and armor will no longer jump around
Zombies will no longer get weapons

General Changes
Admins will no longer get kicked for being AFK

TTT Update 10/25

General Changes
sm_stats - This will allow you to see your personal stats
sm_stats {name} - This will allow you to see another person's stats who's currently on the server
Stats will be enabled if there are at least 6 players on the server
The shop menu will now stay open for 45 seconds instead of 15 seconds
The round-end delay has been reduced from 7 seconds to 5 seconds
Your map stats will now show on the scoreboard

Traitor Menu Changes

Decoy Body
The explosion size has been increased from 300 to 350
The volume of the explosion has been reduced from 0.2 to 0.1
You may now only purchase one decoy body per round

Poison Smoke
The damage has been increased from 10 to 15
You are now able to purchase 5 per round

AWP
Will now only be able to be purchased 4 times per round

Innocent Menu

ID
Can now be purchased for 1500 credits.
After purchasing, you can use the !id command every 30 seconds which will prove your innocence in chat.

Detective Menu

1-Shot Revolver Changes
The price has been reduced from 750 to 500
You are now able to purchase 2 per round

Health Station Changes
The range has been increased from 200 to 225

General Fixes
Grenade damage will now show correctly in the logs, instead of displaying that you took damage from the current weapon you have equipped
You will no longer be able to buy Heavy Armor more than once
You will no longer lose credits if you attempt to buy more than one Health Shot

Known issues from this update:
DNA Scanner doesn't work (looking into)
Detective's Taser kills people (Will be fixed after next restart)

TTT Update 10/26

General Changes
You will now spawn with a knife during the warmup period
You will now take damage during warmup but will be set back to 100hp upon round start

General Fixes
The detective's taser will no longer damage players

Map Removal
ttt_skyline_ego_v8 - Low FPS

Known Issues
DNA Scanner doesn't work
Will lose karma for killing players after the round ends
Detective's dropped taser kills people

TTT Update 11/1

General Changes
You will now spawn with a glock instead of a deagle
The tick rate has been changed from 64 to 102.4

Detective Menu

Revive
Can now be purchased for 1500 credits.
After purchasing, you can hold E for 10 seconds on a dead detective to revive them. They will then have 15 seconds to accept the revive request.

General Fixes
You will no longer be able to use items after the round has ended

You will gain 5 hp for each normal kill you get
You will gain 10 hp for every headshot kill you get
You can only achieve a maximum of 100 hp

General Changes
You will now only be able to send a radio command once per 5 seconds
There will now be rule tips in the chat

General Fixes
The replay bot will now correctly save all times so they can be replayed, even after a server restart.

Map times will now be calculated dynamically, based on the average time to complete the map.
The server name has been updated to =(eGO)= | 24/7 SURF | EASY+ | Edge-Gamers.com.
Updated the chat tips to reflect the updated server rules.

General Fixes

All maps will now correctly change when the time runs out.
All maps will now correctly be set to 1000 air acceleration.
Players will now correctly spawn with the map's intended weapons.

General Changes

Map times have been reduced from 25 minutes to 20 minutes.
You will now have the ability to extend the map by 10 minutes.
All maps have had their music volume reduced to the lowest setting
The amount of time for the initial RTV has been reduced from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.
Round restart delay has been reduced from 10 seconds to 3 seconds.
AWP/BR maps will now be set to 400 air acceleration
Updated the chat tips to reflect the updated server rules.
