CS Jailbreak JB Map Suggestions Megathread!

We're looking to expand our map pool for the server and want your suggestions! Whether it's a hidden gem or a classic reimagined.

Requirements

• Maps must be for Counter-Strike 2 (if it's a CS:GO map, it will need to get ported to CS2)
• Maps should have vents, secrets and rebel opportunities for the Ts!
• Maps should be enjoyable for both sides.

Usage

• If you have a map that you think might make a good addition to the map pool, please follow this format;

  What makes this map stand out from the current maps
  Optional: Additional screenshots of the map or video clips

• As the maps are considered, Leadership will edit your post to track its status, both notifying you and adding a brief message to the bottom of the post for others.

• The usual forum should still be used for any non-map-related suggestions; when in doubt, create a post there and we will transfer it here if need be.

jb_aelios_lego_v3 - Plenty of minigames, feels like very old jailbreak and obviously fits that legobels vibe. Not sure if everything works or how many secrets there is. NOT ADDED (causes a server crash in certain cases)

jb_papaskingdom - No skybox + slide race is broken. Just adding a skybox would make this map feel more playable, I wouldn't be surprised if this map is out of the question. ADDED

jb_mist - No skybox again, imo great textures used for the map but feels a little claustrophobic. NOT ADDED (low number of games)

jb_killerbeta_xmas - Very compact map, all t's spawn in same cell and when you open cell doors a big Christmas tree blocks your view of the t's. Colors also seems to carry over to the next round if you don't stop it, could be different when ran on a server. ADDED

jb_millenniam_lega - Solid map, decent amount of games with a basic layout. Only problem is that some of the small text is a different language, such as the button to open the door to colors. ADDED

jb_minecraft_prison - Nothing seems to be broken except that the map feels weirdly out of proportion to the player? Maybe I'm just used to other Minecraft maps and being 2 blocks tall compared to this map which your one block tall. Cell button is also hidden above the cells which you get to from a invisible ladder. ADDED

jb_eckz_dee - Very basic map layout, not sure how many secrets or rebelling opportunities there is but the map plays good. ADDED

ba_jail_os_canyondam_s2 - Classic jb map retexturized, not a lot of games but if I remember it right it was quite t-sided. NOT ADDED (low number of games)

To my knowledge almost every map that is ported/made in cs2 has been suggested or is already in the server. Every other map is unplayable or full of Russian words. Only way their is other playable maps is if there is a jailbreak map that doesn't have "jb" in their workshop name.

After playing jb for a few weeks i've started to vaguely remember some of the old eGO CSGO maps.

Here are some of the maps I would love to see on jb but would most likely need to be ported:

• jb_jailberd_v5_final_fix
• ba_jail_canyondam_v3b
• jb_vice_ego
• jb_peanut_ego

jb_watermelon map, has 7 functional minigames but I plan to add more. Has secrets too. Would be nice to get some more playsessions by adding it to rotation so I can figure out what needs to be changed before it becomes harder to change. Should be playable

Not up to date on if any of these maps were tried to be ported, just thought of some good ones that the community and the edgers would enjoy! Update if these can/can't work.
