The point of jail is to have fun.
I blame the T's, not the CT's for having round as back out of your cells and face them, Trivia 50 times round.
Listen don't rebel every round, give the CT's a break to do something fun. When I'm warden my last resort is to do this and its boring i know but we want a break from you good T's from rebelling every round.
But the T's want to start rebelling even more when we do this and it causes us to do it even more!
What someone said before, jail is a lot harder now with a 40 slot. We all know the 24 slot was a relaxed fun time but now it isn't. Its a lot harder to control the T's who now talk about rebelling instead of just doing it on the 24 slot.
The main objective is what team your on. Yes for the T's your main thing to do is rebel OR try and survive to get an LR.
The main objective of Counter Terrorist is to stop the T's from rebelling and keep them under control.
Warden has a whole other objective. He is the leader of CT's at the time and should be listened to at all times. He has to give orders, tell CT's what to do, and catch any rebelling T's. CT's even though the warden cant force you to go do something. Pretend he is your boss at work. If you don't do what he says your most likley gonna get killed.
Also only be warden if you know what your going to do for that day, or at least have a general idea. Do not i repeat do NOT scream into the mic just to be warden and you make the round last over 0:00 because you just wanted to be warden to give st to a friend.
This is another thing, ST. Why do people give it?
Now if you get free killed you don't always get st and i know it can be bad for you but think about it. It was probably on accident.
You shouldn't give your friends ST every round. You should only give ST twice during a whole map.
CT's i know the maps are now fun to go off and climb, or go in the disco and rave. But don't do this. Its not fair for the people who have to play T and wait for a free day or a game that requires them to go there.
As for administering, i can see how it would get hard to admin. If you want to know why e's try to admin and i know its wrong but they are trying to help you out. Don't yell at us for helping. You have to understand we just want to help. But i can see how it would get annoying when 5 e's are trying to help. e's if you want to help and when you think an admin needs help i think he would pm another admin. But if he doesn't you should pm one of your admin friends and get them to come and help.You shouldn't do good deeds to get noticed. You do good deeds to help.
Now i don't want to go into it but i might as well since this is quite long. Admins you are not above the rules. Even though i have no say in any admin business, You have to follow them. I always get admins telling me "They wont kick me, it would look bad." We need this to stop. If a pub isn't following the rules you kick them after warnings. If an admin does the same thing and a pub see's it what do you think he thinks? Ask yourself that question.
Now this is all i need to say for now. I had to get this out there. If i need to change anything or you want me to add something Pm me. If i need to i will edit.
If this gets locked. Oh well at least i got this off my chest. We need to stop complaining about it and actually do something about it.
