Its really not that hard to aim well with it, the only class I really have a difficult time headshotting while they are on the move is a scout when he is double jumping and even then at times I get a headshot in. Just aim about head height and strafe back and forth till they get their head in line, kind of like the huntsman and shoot. Its like I stated though, you only need to really worry about your aim if you get caught...till then you can line up a head shot easy.

My choice is Frisky approved

LMAO, one more thing...how often do you guys really use the gun anyways? Upon looking at the stats, I find that only 1 person really uses the gun...he has 300 points with it. I have most kills with the ambassador at 108, from what I see noone really uses the gun that much.:)

I chose the ambassador I like the look of it. Reminds me of the gun Alucard uses in the Vanhelsing anime. I also like the sound of it. :)

Well, I've recently started playing tf2, so when I got my Ambassador, never used my revolver anymore. Personally, I think that the Ambassador is better because of the pesky snipers with razorbacks. Also, I have a habit for aiming at the head all of the time. I may be biased towards the revolver, but I haven't really tried it so I guess I should.

Another note: Panic mode doesn't set off if you die a lot anyway. :P

I always use it when I spy...Which I only have about...25 hours on...You can totally tell I love playing spy =P

:) 25hrs...well I dont have 25hrs as spy I would have near 900 hrs (if i didnt reset my stats), but In my opinion, its like this. There are many diff play styles as spy but the basic ones are these:
1)Those that play it safe
2)Those that dont

For the 1st one C&D and Ambassador would be a good choice seeing as you try to remain hidden and attack from the shadows, only revealing yourselves when sticking your knife in someones back, only to retreat back into the shadows when someone spots you leaving you alive to fight another day.

For the 2nd one DR or IW along with Revolver would be best seeing as you are in and out asap dealing damage and usually encounter people head on that turn and fight with you. Ends with you dying you getting enough distance between you and your opponant so you can do revolver damage killing him.

I play in between both play styles as I had said I cant stay in the shadows that long, I have to get my hands dirty...but I think I have good enough aim that I prefer the ambassador. Just my opinion.

Ambassador.

It's a good finisher. a Nice little bullet to the head will shut that Pyro mumbling up.

Also, playing other FPS games (like CS) really helps me get them headshots ;)

Also I love Ambassador on Blackmesa. I may get more Ambassador kills than backstabs on Mesa sometimes.

+1, best gun by far :)

I only use guns in case of emergency, the revolvers easiest to pull out, shoot, and actually hope to kill someone.

If you like to use the gun as another tool in your spy arsenal and not just as a last resort, the ambassadors great.

But I like to just pull my gun out, fire off a few shots, and return to the shadows if I'm in danger.

I have a better chance of killing someone with the regular revolver using that method.

Revolver

Ambassador is okay, but if you miss that first round, good luck getting the kill. The revolver is consistently accurate, allowing for a Pyro take down in just a few rounds.

I like the revolver because it does more damage and shoots way faster, but sometimes I use the Ambassador for Sniping people on 2fort

I like the ambassador more because it enables me to take out heavies and such much easier to dissuade a person from charging straight on. It also makes it fun to torment snipers that think they are secure with the razorback on (hehe, headshot from the side and sniper is gone)

I love the ambassador, i can have some pretty insane aiming and do some awesome headshots.

I actually use the Ambassador simply because I can snipe with it, and I have a skin for it. But, after reading the arguments, I'd probably be better off with the old revolver... Hm.

I liked the Ambassador until the whole "first shot" accuracy perk was negated when all weapons received that perk. That was primarily what I used it for, for the pinpoint accuracy.
