about recuting

hi, when I play insurgency I use to play in dust server.
there is always people playing there, ego members and regular players.

I just want to ask u about an idea I have to recute more players to our clan
I think that if its possible to type[recuting] somwhere in server name, we will have more members to our clan, more members,,,more money,,,more fun,,mabe more servers =)

I think we should try a while and see if it gets better than it is....and for the moment...its verry goood

I don't mind this Idea except for recruiting in dust2... I tend to avoid that server because it has a lot of jerks =/ Idk I have seen people put [Recruiting] In their name before so I don't see why not =/

It leaves a greater impression to personally talk to them. Most people want to talk person to person about these kinds of things and i think its best it stays that way. When we recruit someone if they have any questions we can answer them unlike someone going on their lonesome to come and try to figure out how to apply and end up messing up. Keep it person to person.

It will be similar to the current random tsay we have.
"Please don't spawn/exitcamp"

Great idea. We have an advertisement tool on our servers and i've just implemented "eGO is Recruiting Join Today! http://edgegamers.org."

I also would like to say i think we should add a statement that says talk to an edge gamers member that is in the server before you decide to jump on and go for it because a lot of people dont put things together and need help as far as the apps go.

Not a very good idea. People who join a server that says recruiting just because it says recruiting are often trouble. They want to be in a clan to be in a clan, not because they want to be a part of THIS community. Leave it as it is, and recruit the players who have established themselves as respectable members of the community.
