im not playing at all, the game's coding is horrible my max fps is 25. so i just quit. i would be playing on west if i could run the game haha/

Make sure all your drivers are up to date...
eg.audio drivers alone if not up to date can cause a huge surge in fps
64-bit windows 7 should NOT be the cause of the poor fps you are experiencing ingame.
