My vote would be for a rotation server (30 min round times and a prompt for 15 min map extension at the 20 min mark). Anzio should definitely be on that rotation as people do enjoy the map when the server is populated.

Rotation(20min) with mapvote, RTV and nominate is the best alternative imo. That's how the other top servers apart from ego avalanche are constantly filled. Stock maps as well as a small mix of competitive & custom maps. Maps like strand/flurry shouldn't be part of rotation because they only appeal to a certain niche of people and many people leave when the gameflow is different. Such maps belong on a 24/7 server or a separate rotation.

All of the above. You can also throw in a max cap out limit which will trigger a vote if one team dominates another for 7 or 8 consecutive rounds. I'm glad that everyone seems to understand that niche maps like flash, strand, etc., cannot be put into the rotation. We can have weekly events on maps like Strand to satisfy your lust for those maps. Like Stormy said, we can't let our portions for certain maps blind our decisions. I would love 24/7 Realism but that is hardly realistic or feasible for sustainment.

Dude i remember Argenten great map. Yeah put Colmar on the list of rotation maps for sure. Put at least 20 maps on the list for diversity! Dude if this happens it will be epic!!!!!!

Quick question. If and when the server is changed to rotation, will it be the same ip as Anzio because there was a good amount of pubs on there tonight and it would be a shame to lose them.

The IP will not change, it will be simple changeover. Which means we won't have to build the ranking up as it will still maintain the same rank as the server it will be replacing.

if i could revote, i would vote for strand. there seems to be a lot of pubs that like the server, and i actually like strand as well.
