No Bots in completive after update

The new CS:GO update happened at Jan 7 2021 removed bots from completive matches :*(

If they leave you can surrender. But if the entire team leaves it adds a bot that will afk in spawn until your time runs out.

[ GAMEPLAY ]
– When a player disconnects or is kicked in classic competitive and wingman modes, they will no longer be replaced by a bot. If the entire other team leaves, one bot will be left on the other team, idling in spawn.

It says there will be only one bot sitting in the spawn if the whole team leaves
