i can actually find out your max on bench by your pushup count. Its not completely accurate but its a good. So when your doing pushups, your pushing 64% of your bodyweight. So 64% of 220 would be 140. So you can hit 140 for 15 reps. If you use a PR calculator your max is apparently 220, but anything i'm saying could just be wrong and inaccurate.I weigh 220 and can do 15 push ups does that count?
IfWe don't go for 1 rep maxes very often to limit injury risk, but Saturday mornings we go heavier because Sunday's a rest day. Not quite a max but still ripping.

Mine was 225lb at 145lb.My max was 205lbs at 150lb BW, this was a year ago when i was 16. Haven;t maxed out ever since
