Fair Or Unfair

Ok so a couple of cts have found a loophole to this rule

Subsection 6: Prisoners do not have to be in a game that could get them killed unless there is more than 4 prisoners alive, however still must follow CT's commands on where to go, not to go, drop weapons, etc

They play trivia with the people who do not refuse then when the person gets the answer (it was 2+2 for me) they ask who they want dead and the people or person who refused dies. Now i think that is an unfair loophole when i asked solution he said who says its unfair so i will ask you with a poll.

also here is another excerpt of the rules

Any loophole found in these rules in which an admin finds unfair can and will result in a kick and/or ban.

Also to any admins please do not move/delete i am just asking a question and i am not trying to under mind any ones authority or anything i just want to see what the community thinks as fair.

Now is it Fair Or Unfair to have ts who refused to play die in trivia?

It is fair...its like solutions twist on killing everyone other then the winner in a death race...like he said until the last 4 rule is removed this will continue

I believe it's fair because it is a reward to the person who accepted trivia. He gets to choose any of his team mates (and sometimes a CT or two ) to die. Even the people who did not want to play, it is not, "Choose someone who played trivia to die." its just, "Choose a Terrorist to die." Again because of the four or less rule. Happy Holidays all.

And as it states you dont have to participate in a game that will get you killed. Well true you dont but if your teammate does and like Solution said if its choose a prisoner/terrorist/teammate/friend dies well then tough, that prisoner gets to choose, so while like races / contests you need two no matter what trivia is the one game you really only need one. So best thing is to participate / rebel / commit suicide. Again you're not in jail to play games, you're in jail to rebel.

And this discussion will be pointless come in 2 weeks when the 4 or less person rule is decided on.
