This has happened to me twice when I've lagged out and then caught back up. Flamethrowers running around by themselves, Red Scouts were really Blue Soldiers, lots of weird things.

Looks like this may be a SourceMod problem, and has been fixed. Please see this link for details.

Any ETA on fixing the map rotation on the severs? They've been cycling the same map over and over for 3 days now. I'd change the map manually, but haven't received my admin privileges yet :)
