Metal Detectors in school -_-

Hai all, My school haz metal detectors and my travel to school is more than 45 minutes and i get extremely bored... any ideas how to sneak in an mp3 player ? lol

I do not encourage breaking you're schools rules, Yes there are ways to get around most of them but in the long run what's the point? If you have a problem with a rule the best solution is to take it up with your principle or whoever is in charge and don't sound like a kid trying to get away with something. Like maybe suggest that mp3 players be allowed while changing classes but not in the classroom or something like that.

Honestly though you won't win either way. The rules are in effect to keep you safe from gun holding maniacs. If you can smuggle an mp3 player, someone else could smuggle a gun or a knife.

Wait for college when you get to do whatever you want! (instead of getting in trouble you just waste your monies lol)

1. Get paper bag
2. Wrap MP3 player in napkinks, then put it in foil

Make sure to wrap it in enough napkin to make it look like a sandwich

3. Just in case, put it in your backpack
4. If it triggers the alarm, just tell them its a sandwich. They shouldn't unwrap it.

my school has metal detectors too, but we can take anything like electronics for ex. Mp3 Ipods Phones stuff like that.

Im guessing they allow you to pass it. I mean, someone could have a retainer or something in their mouth that might get caught.

I have a metal bar behind my front bottom teeth, it would get picked up.

That's how my school is right now. I live in a VERY VERY rural area and don't really have a problem with weapons or school violence; We all pretty much have knives but use in in the same context you did.

well that sucks that in a place where your supposed to learn they treat you all like criminals and glad it doesn't happen where i am in Nova Scotia and most places i lived in Europe people just have a much more progressive attitude, sure me and most of my friends have done countless things against the law or the collages rules but it only effects us so the law and administration just leave everyone alone. because there isnt this whole overwhelming culture of violence.

oh ya by the way before doing something stupid like trying to get stuff past them read the agreement that you or parents would have signed to let them stop and search people like that. things can go pretty bad if your cought even if it is a nothing thing.
