Finally back in the world of DoD:S!

I have been inactive for a while longer than I had planned, due to personal reasons as previously stated when i left a forum post on the SR & General forums

How things have changed!
1) My accounts been deactivated - No more admin privileges etc, would you guys want to start again as an =(e)= or be able to give me back admin?
2) Are the houses even running anymore?
3) !rank not working ingame on =(eGO)= servers anymore?
4) If anyone could bring me upto speed with all the changes that have been made in the last 6 or so months it would be appreciated

Hey welcome back!

1. Send a PM to one of Advisor/Division Leaders under the DoDs
http://www.edgegamers.org/forums/cmps_index.php?pageid=leadership
They should be able to get your admin set up in due time.

2. Sadly the houses are gone. But we are still one great big family!

3. We moved our stats over to our own stats system so they have been reset. You can type "rank" in chat to bring up your rank.

4. We have moved on to bigger and better things!!!
We have new servers along with new game branches under the eGO flag including TF2, CoD4, CoD World at War, Insurgency, Eve, World of Warcraft, Battlefield 1942, and just recently Bad Company 2.

That's just a quick lowdown on things happening in eGO. Maby some others can fill you in more.

PM Spray, our new Division Leader (oh my, where to begin with the leadership changes) to discuss getting your admin privileges back. I'll tell you now that you'll need to set up your MAUL profile, which is our unified admin system for source based games. Follow this link to set it up: http://www.edgegamers.org/forums/maul.php

To quote Fluffy:

Simply put - we are trying our hardest to foster a unified eGO community. The houses served their purpose, but were causing strife within the community. Because of the "territorial" confrontations and cliques that were created by the houses, and the use of house tags, it seems only logical to promote members of the community who accept that houses no longer exist.

We're using HLXStats Community Edition, a command for rank is "rank" though the system is down from time to time.

I don't know how long you've been gone, but eGO has added an EVE Online division, a Battlefield Bad Company 2 division, a new recruiting division known as the Personnel Service Center, and INS is relatively old news now but if you're from the Houses age I think it's new to you. Duality is heading up the BFBC2 division now. Oh, the forums have a litany of stickied threads to reference for all the changes that have taken place.

Welcome back, and maybe one last Squeak Squeak for the now extinct rats.

Ill setup a MAUL account now, I have also requested a username change to so that it takes out the [S|R] tag as, well, theyre no more XD

Ill also PM some of the leaders about my admin rights.

I'm kidding, he's still around, still the essential cog in this whole operation and we're bigger and better than ever
