PM me, I've been playing for 3-5 years. I know some great practice routines; help you get them down and I know all the standard maps as well as some good tactics as well.

Put it this way, if it's difficult for you to maintain 1 kill-to-death ratio, PM me.

(It helps if I know how you play ahead of meeting with you in a server, create a demo on your favorite map and use your favorite weapons. Filefront.com is a good free file-uploading service provider.)
